I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, with easy access to the biggest transportation hub in KL and being super close to the monorail for convenient exploration. The rooms were spacious and modern, with two queen beds that were incredibly comfy. The service was top-notch, especially with the efficient housekeeping and various commercial services available. The dining experience was delightful, especially with their delicious home-made jams. However, the facilities were a bit lacking, missing some key amenities that would have elevated the experience even more.
